New guttering

I liked the reflections on the tree, which I saw through the kitchen window.
The reflections of the ladder, which was at the other side of the house, reflected on an inner glass door, and then through the window.

We are having some guttering replaced. ( see bottom photo)
As our house is grade two listed, it had to be wooden.
Not many people left who do this sort of thing as it is all PVC now.
However they have made a very good job of it.
So glad we got someone who knew what they were doing. It proved to be more difficult than they thought!
Anyhow we are now all set for the winter rains!
