I realise that Oktoberfest is almost upon us, and so big wheels are only to be expected, but this was spotted a long way from the Wies'n and seemingly in the middle of an industrial zone.

Now, I believe that someone who works in an industrial zone is just as entitled to have access to a big wheel ride as the next person, but the location is nonetheless, a little surprising. I suppose one advantage would be that you can't really see the industrial zone if you are in it (or above it).

It's all just waffle anyway, because I am sure that the actual location of the big wheel will turn out to be somewhere comparatively normal - perspective can be a misleading thing.
