Bruce is away on his DoE this morning. 7 boys yomping round Scotland living on noodles and Skittles living in tents! Rather you than me.

However the big news is Bruce passed his 1st Kyu exam for judo last night that's him a brown belt now. It's taken him 5 years since he was 10. Here's a link to his first medal, how small is he First Medal! Now 83kg he needs to lose 1.4kg in the next 3 weeks before his first competition in 18 months. Very proud of you Bruce
