Bake off

Happy hump day everyone.

After cooking all afternoon yesterday, cakes into work today.

They are:
American apple and apricot cake;
Lemon drizzle cake; and
Marble loaf (x2)
All instructions from Mary Berry!

Hope they manage to raise some funds. (Will post tasting verdict later)

(cakes went down well at work, only cane home with a couple of slices of a marble cake - managed to raise just under £150 for RNIB and macular society locally.)
