Close to the edge!

It's been a good year for the roses - for all the trees and flowers, wild and in the garden. The wild roses that grow all over the place round the village are covered with hips, I keep feeling I should be making syrup or something with them but the birds seem to be enjoying them so I might just leave them to them.

This shows just how close to the sea they can grow!
