Pettycur Bay

A view from Kinghorn, Fife, looking out over Pettycur Bay and the River Forth, towards Burntisland and the Forth Bridges in the distance. This was taken on the way home from an afternoon on the bike in brilliant sunshine and almost summer-like warmth, even though we are approaching the end of September. Most of the bike run was on the coastal path from Burntisland to Inverkeithing, with a trip over the road bridge to South Queensferry at the half-way point. We are spoiled or scenery and bike routes in the Kingdom of Fife!
