worn out...

Walked to the office early enough to catch the glorious sunrise

then as I settled in at my desk there was a stunning reflection of that sunrise in the window next to me

so four hours in the office
15 mile drive
biannual lunch with Jo
30 mile drive to the physiotherapist
dash home
walked Kassidy
even quicker dash out to a meeting
finally returned to the house and sat down 13 hours after I left

early night I think!
