Its Conker Time! Although I doubt I would have been thinking such sweet thoughts, if I had stepped on such spiky things in trainers that didn't have such thick soles, I certainly would not like to try....

One thing about conkers that really grab my attention each year is where they come from - that they grow in these spiky shells, and how real prickly these things are.

I'm just glad I wasn't underneath it when it fell from the tree.
