SAND PATTERNS

There was a very violent thunderstorm at 5.30 this morning. The dogs were spooked so we all had an early start this morning. The heavy downpour of rain lasted a couple of hours, as soon as it stopped we took the dogs out for their walk.
Sand from a gravel drive had been washed down the lane and it had been sculpted into patterns by the rain.

After lunch we started sorting out the study.
