Early Morning Mist

I suspect the flag of St Andrews was being flown by the practice green at the golf club in honour of the Ryder Cup being played at Gleneagles this week, rather than last week's referendum but, whatever the reason, it was hanging rather limply in the early morning mist.

Once the mist lifted by the time we reached the 4th hole, the playing conditions were perfect and I equalled my best ever score in Summer conditions.
