Notes: Dragged myself out of bed around 7 but made it only to the couch with pillows and blanket and ended up in and out of sleep until noon. Entire day of gray, rain and storms which was blissful! Got my expense report submitted and that's it for the day. Did see Al briefly at his place (in my pj's) where we noticed this heron up on the top of the building. They have very long necks and stand over 3 ft tall - very rare to see them much off the ground at all. Back in bed early and asleep before 8pm!
