Fresh snowfall

The storm came and the snow accumulations were disappointing. We only received about 6 inches (15.2 cm) of snow which was on the low end of expectations.

Looking at this picture, you might think that the white balance was off given the yellowish background. However, this is what I saw. The sun was shining with a gorgeous golden glow that illuminated the trees behind the foreground tree.
