Well, it's a first for me anyway.

I was having one of my regular prowl & lookabout sessions when I heard this angry wasp sound. Turns out it was matey here trimming the Ivy.
I forgot to check other houses to see if there's a window in there somewhere.
I'll admit to not being sure it's essential. I know there are vast changes at flowering time but haven't noticed what happens next.
