Concrete Jungle

The path through the woods that goes up to the school is being upgraded.

There was a campaign last year to improve the route to school so that less people might not drive to school.

The path was rather tricky to be honest (although it didn't bother me), but I noticed today when picking up C, that they have started some serious steps!.

There was probably around 20 concrete risers already in place; but not backfilled yet.

Not sure how much of the path they will convert - as it was the middle section that was the worse.

In other news, I had one of those lovely conference-call-working-from-home day; which was fine until my head felt ready to explode by around 3.30!

But at least no driving up and down the M5 today.
