Sandwiched between some thoughts about the madness of the modern world and the daft people in it, and a big headful of stress about what I'm supposed to be doing this week/month was the few minutes pleasure of sand between the toes, glorious sunshine and beautiful blue skies and sea.

Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy a toe/sand sandwich in the middle of the day to break up the monotony of life bread.
