Good enought to eat!
Here's a plant which has elicited more questions in the last few days than anything else in the garden! Arisaema yamatense subsp. sugimotoi is an aroid from Japan and elsewhere in East Asia; I grew this from seed from a botanic garden in Korea.
The seed starts off green and turns to all these amazing colours; I've grown many Arisaema species over the years but most have disappeared - this one is a real stayer and is expanding to form quite a large group.
Still no correct answer to the mystery of yesterday's Blip!
