Loss of Nerve.

This is a very steep set of 111 steps in Falmouth, called Jacob's Ladder. I decided to nip down to the bookshop with the youngest member of our family. No way could one use a pushchair.
So I was sadled up with an Ergo baby carrier.
I had carried my three children this way, so I set off quite happily.
I got to the top of the steps, and chickened out.
This hat is the very top of Max's head. So you can see, my view was restricted.
I took the long way. Max was a great hit in the Falmouth Booksellers. Such a friendly bookshop.
