'Shadowing' my friends!

Four of us made the most of the beautiful balmy September sunshine and completed a 7.5 mile circular walk taking in the Grand Union Canal, a splendid pub lunch and the river Ouzel in Milton Keynes.

Great weather, excellent company and altogether a real 'feel good' day!
