day of rest

Mostly.

I did cut the grass and do a pile of laundry. I also made cottage pie for lunch. Delicious - put blue cheese on the mash instead of the usual cheddar. Worked well.

Off to the Big City late afternoon. Edinburgh Capitals v Cardiff Devils. It was a good decision - 2:2 at the end, so 5 minutes of 4 on 4 overtime. Still 2:2. A penalty shootout, which Caps won.

My other team - Ingolstadt - also won today, so a good day in the world of sport. iPhone doesn't like ice arenas much - the lighting and the ice I suppose, so not much of a Blip.

Cardiff brought enough fans to fit comfortably inside a family car, so the crowd was sparse.
