Chisbury Chapel
Built in the 13th Century as a chapel - of - ease, this is where local people could attend services and pay their taxes rather than travel to the neighbouring parish at Great Bedwyn, Wiltshire. The building ceased to be used as a consecrated chapel in 1547, it was then used as a barn for 300 years. Today, this historic chapel, is part of the British Heritage collection.
