Hall Farm Barns

I am afraid my energy for getting out and about with a camera has taken a dip lately and I have been busy with a lot of other stuff. But I hope to still stay in touch and must say how much I value the community of Blippers and my exchanges with those of you who stay in touch with my journal.

It has been a rather misty and grey weekend, beautiful in an autumnal and low key way. It's been a time for getting a lot of practical chores out of the way. But yesterday we got out for an hour on our bicycles. In this quiet rural area there are so many lanes and by ways. On the way we passed Hall Farm in Metton, a typical Norfolk farm. I love the way the barns are built on a slight incline and spill elegantly down towards the road.
