Ahhh I can see our Sundays are going to be so precious now. We snuggled on the sofa reading for ages this morning. We both cycled to the swimming pool for a long swim. She's working hard on her dives. Cycled home and packed ourselves up.

We headed out for an afternoon in Bridlington. We as a very lovely carvery lunch with grandad and granny. Great food and a leisurely time. We pottered round the centre before heading to the beach. We spent a while playing volleyball. Only we hadn't brought a ball. Just a monkey. We then spent the rest of the time making sand sculptures. Katie made "fudge pie" and decorated it carefully with sunburst patterns and pebbles. She carefully "baked" stone garlic bread in a sand oven to accompany it. She managed to find room for some ice cream before we headed to see Victoria and John. Katie had a fabulous time charging round with Jaden, requested to be fed again before charging round with jasmine. A very fabulous day!
