Sophisticated Lady CD Release Concert

My son and his band, Sophisticated Lady, celebrated their CD Release at Camilleri Hall at USC. The Hall has perfect acoustics and it was so nice to hear a jazz band in a concert setting without the clanking of glasses. My son has worked incredibly hard at his music and I could not be more thrilled for him and proud. I love that everyone in the band is a composer.

Mr. Kirkpatrick's winsome lines and lightning-fast coloratura took us beyond the trumpet and through the gamut of melody-instrument domains.
