Out For Sunday Lunch

This young heron was on the look out for it's Sunday lunch at Ham Wall Nature Reserve today.

It was a beautiful morning on the Levels and we were out on the bikes for about 3 hours (admittedly with a stop at the Tea Rooms!), finishing with a stop to lay some flowers on the memorial stone of our friend ( and bridesmaid at our wedding over 37 years ago) Cei, who lost her long and brave battle with bone cancer 5 years ago today.
