Georgian antiques...
I was up at half six and got myself organised to run a few errands before going up to spend the evening with some of the lovely ladies of blip.
I went to get some dye to make the sofa a different colour. Then I went to have a nose round this place. I've never been. That was a mistake. If you haven't been and you're in Edinburgh, you should go. A regular blip supply if ever I saw one. I didn't have my camera. Doh!
Oh to have a mahoosive house and pots of dosh!
Needless to say I didn't find anything in my price range sadly but I drooled for a long time over the grandfather clocks and the fisheye mirrors. They had one the same as one of mine for the bargain price of 600 quid. I'm ridiculously pleased that I bought mine for 25 quid in a junk shop in Kendal. Ha!
I arrived at D's first... we were all late! Everyone else caught up and we retired to the Gin Palace, after we evicted Alan... banished to the disco room while we consumed posh fizzy pop for them and cider for me... classy I know. Lovely evening, thank you for your company ladies. Was a pleasure indeed. x
