join in

In an effort to get fit again, I thought I'd join the pool. Easier than trying to find the $5.50 each time & I can't always skooch through on my other halfs employer (should look into that??)
Interestingly they give you 3years to visit 20times... Not exactly how you make money. Win for me.

All swims I take a photo of what was swum & keep them in an album - rather than log them in some sort of 'diary'. I'm starting to get a collection which is nice

Today was a mix of finding form & pushing the anaerobic limits. Pleased to say I nailed it.
