A toilet in an international NGO's office. This is not a standard here for sure. I know many provincial offices with very clean toilets. I've been asking for over a month to do something with this (at least to provide a liquid soap so that I wouldn't need to use the same soap bar as office male staff are using for the ablutions) with no effect...
