Diary of an Edinburgher

Help!

Leo and his mum and dad came for lunch. Archie was marvellous for the first hour or so, keeping well away from the small human with the loud voice, but endearing himself with the adults by sitting on their knees and being sweet.

But after lunch, Leo's voice got louder. His Spiderman outfit was donned, and he entered Spiderman mode. Archie let out a few 'wuff's quietly under his breath (as indeed he had under the dining table). We thought it would be good for Archie to just put up with a small human in such proximity.

But then it got too much, and both the youngsters entered manic mode - Leo shouting and squealing (perhaps acting out a Spiderman episode) and Archie barking. So Archie was thankful to be 'banished' to the kitchen with his bone. He was such a good tolerant puppy and has gone for a big walk in the sunshine with JR.

But I did manage to get a photo - I think it tells the story.
