Buzzard ?

This is taken from some distance so I wasn't sure whether it was a buzzard or an eagle.
It was certainly a very large bird whatever. My husband climbed a nearby hill earlier in the week and was flown over by a sea eagle but didn't have a camera. Wish I'd been there.
