Royal Spoonbill.

I was told that there were Spoonbills in residence at Waitaria Bay,and we were leaving our dogs for a couple of nights with some people who live there. After dropping the dogs off - much to their disgust - I went down to the wharf where there were 3 Spoonbills.
I liked this one, as it looks like it is looking down its nose (I mean beck!) at me, and it shows the texture on the bill.
