Shoes

Blimey, they've certain gone up since I last bought a pair. Fed up of sitting around and being porky, so time to start pounding the pavements. Went out for a very short run this evening, expecting various bits of me to need a gentle introduction so although I have the cardio fitness for it I am taking it slowly.
