No soggy bottom here!

Fairly chilled Saturday here, but if cleaning, washing, shopping in the morning. Then met my friend and neighbours new pet dragon! The girls came over to play with Jack and I prepared dinner and decided to make lemon meringue pie for hubby.

I couldn't find a fluted tin so used a normal one and all went well apart from the meringue was a but runny so I couldn't pipe it but it cooked fine. Hubby has had two slices while warm so it must be good!

Hubby just lit the fire as started to rain and a bit cooler tonight after the warm temperatures this week.
Jack is building lego so a nice quiet evening ahead watching a bit of TV:)
