Picking up a friend

Today I was free from school. I awoke at eleven and got dressed. I made my homework and at half past three I left my apartment to pick up my friend from the airport. I first bought a ticket for the public transportation for her, because she will definitely need one. I got on the bus and switched buses at the central station (with some problems finding the right bus stop...) . Then there was a traffic jam and at ten past five I finally arrived at the airport. I picked my friend up and we went to Spice to buy an air mattress. After that we went to the Lido to eat something. Then we went to my apartment. At half past eight we decided to drink coffee in the old town, we had a nice cup of coffee and a delicious pastry. We chatted a lot and at half past ten we took the bus back. I showed her the Rimi in case she needed anything and we went back to my apartment. We drank some tea, chatted some more and went to sleep. I already had a great time and looking forward to the next couple of days!
