A Growth?!!

I am told my new camera (bought 11th Jan) may have 'a growth'!! I have had a faint blob on the photos when I point it up towards the sky, which you can probably see on my photo, here? The photographic shop I bought it from is going to send it back to Panasonic for me. He thinks it is inside and could be a fungi of some sort!!
So I will have to use my smaller camera for a while and I am going away tomorrow! I shall miss it!
