Day at home

Got up early and went to the gym and then for 30 minutes in the pool. Went food shopping and then watched the Scottish Independence results.

The rest of the day we lazed around as Calum had a friend over for a sleepover and wanted to play on the PS3 and computer all day. We had a BBQ before they disappeared again into the games room.
