A Day Of Two Halves

We thought in the morning that we'd head to Cap de Formentor, the northernmost point on the island. It looked fantastic with a winding road and lots of hair pin bends and cliffs.

And it was. The road was really twisty and very narrow. It was also packed with other traffic. It was also a place for those with a head for exposed heights. I have a head for wide flats. Inching round a hairpin bend with a bus on one side and several hundred feet of nothing-until-the-sea was not making me happy.

So we went to Pollença. Lovely old city with beautiful buildings. And these 365 stairs up to a little church. We climbed them and went back down for a refreshing glass of something and a little snackerel.
