The sun is shining

The sun is shining in many places no doubt, but not today in the Lake Como area. Instead we have had mostly torrential rain. We stopped for lunch in Colico, and despite the rain we were able stay outside on the terrace. Obviously we were protected by a large canopy without which we would have been eating pasta soup rather than the dishes we chose.
