Carpet of flowers

Took this while out walking Kea today. Someone has spent a lot of time planting up the front of their house and it looks really good right now.
I went to a workshop on animal photography this morning, some of the shots were amazing and mostly taken in the zoo by some very patient people.
This morning I was also following the riots happening in Glasgow which look to have been stirred by people who are nothing to do with the real issues but like to go and cause trouble. Very disappointing for the people of Scotland on both sides of the argument who's cause has been hijacked by a bunch of Nazis.

Oh yes and nearly forgot I voted in the NZ general election, if the truth be told I have no interest in the elections and it's a bit sad that what is happening 12500 miles away politically has more interest but the importance of voting if your a woman weighs heavy in your heart.
