Sick or allergy shot side effects?

Praying its the latter and this yucky feeling is gone tomorrow. Poor guy.
Here he is before his shot this morning, feeling great and super excited it's "Blue Friday". He proudly wore his Seahawk jersey all day and made sure that football was attached to his hip every second of it.
