Persistence

This place is in a local park and I love it when no one else is here.
Most of the time when I stop there is a couple or a family taking photos of themselves...
Today I was lucky and had it to myself for a few moments.
Watching the stream skip down the rocks I was reminded of the quote...

“In the confrontation between the stream and the rock, the stream always wins. Not through strength, but through persistence.” Unknown (to me anyway)

Persistence is a great skill in life - somewhat counter to the instant results that most seem to need/want.
