The sleepy elephant

......that's what people around here call this view of Pendle Hill from the Ribble Valley, as it looks like an elephants head with its trunk lying along the ground.
Taken on an evening walk between Barley and Blacko. It had been pretty overcast most of the day in Manchester, but the evening at home was lovely and the late sun across the hill and fields was falling beautifully.
