Sunday friendly

Son still on crutches and unable to play but we still went to watch Junior Reds Spartans under-14s play Petts Wood. Spartans won (5-2, I think), defeating a team which now play in the SELKent 'A' league.

Spartans, still a 'B' league team looked much the better and the result was all the sweeter against a team that beat them twice last season, including a game where Spartans were outnumbered and (eventually) soundly beaten.
