Thunder and lightening outside, steam and creases

Massive storm during the night last night and another this evening, including the loudest thunder claps I've ever heard.
I used to be scared of storms, I remember being so scared I'd get in bed and hide under my quilt. Thankfully now I am over that but it's only in the last few years that the anxiety has completely lifted.
Luckily Moo isn't at all bothered by thunder or fireworks, a very settled pooch. Currently so immune to the noise she is performing unspeakable acts on her favourite toy, dirty girl.
I suppose I should do something useful as our Sky has given up and do some ironing, my husband will be pleased. Fingers crossed, the electric will stay on.
