Spiral

Today the children had Christmas ice show rehearsals after school, and I booked tickets to see professionals on ice, 3 excited children and 1 uncontrollable mummy. When the older two went off to cubs, the little one came home to watch figure skating on you tube, then wanted to practice her off ice skating. This is a spiral, performed while skating the leg needs to be higher than the hip for it to count.

My tooth is still making me feel awful, and slept most the day, but having been awake for 6 hours it's time to go back to bed.
