Edinburgh Castle and the Scottish National Gallery

Today some friends and I climbed the Sir Walter Scott monument on Princes St in the heart of the city. With four different viewing platforms you could literally see the city from every angle. The climb consisted of 287 steps and there wind all the way up - one way up and one way down.
The climb wasn't the greatest but it was definitely worth it for the amazing views!
