It's a Long Way Up

Rubbish nights sleep which resulted in me up before 6am.

A Support Worker came today. He is surprised at how low I am despite all the medication and intervention.
He has an interest in photography and is coming back on Sunday so we can for a wander down to the harbour together. (which I am dreading) .

Phoned the hospital for support last night and was hugely disappointed in their response. It wasn't helpful and made me so upset.
