Rummaging around in the undergrowth

Had a lovely day off today. All day spent with The love of my life.

A couple of walks for the woofers saw us at Wasdale in the afternoon - I haven't been there for a good while and the dogs were high as kites to have their pack complete again.

I then rather excitedly got ready to go riding for the first time in a year and had a really enjoyable 45 minute lesson with jumps on a sweet and cheeky pony. He looked after me and even stuck a few excited bucks in for added fun factor.

Now full of Friday fish and chips, enjoying a surprise bouquet of flowers and looking forward to sharing a bottle of wine. Life is just grand.
