Early start for us today as we waited anxiously for the result of the Scottish referendum. My dad is Scottish, originally from the borders in Kelso, where our family still live. My opinion was that Scotland should stay with the UK and the majority voted in a similar way. Although it was close, 55% to 45%, with only a difference of about 400,000 people!
Fingers crossed everyone accepts the victory and defeat in a humble and dignified manner, and Scotland can do well.
We bought this dress and tammy hat for Isla on our recent visit to Scotland, to visit family. Reckon she suits the tartan! ;)
