DERELICT THURSDAY.....

... only it is Friday here!!

To line in with SarumStroller's challenge of "derelict Thursday" found this down along the mighty Nepean River.

Thought it quite suited the theme of Tim's challenge!?

Seems a shame things like this happen, but where it is on the river the bank is quite steep and it appears to have been driven in, left there to rot, then over time (as it has been there quite awhile) been stripped of it's "vitals"!

Having survived flood and our harse summer heat, shows how well made it was as the paint work is actually not too bad, and not a lot of rust. The funny side is the sticker on the right of dash area still in really good nic, and it gives the instructions of how to operate the four wheel drive function?

Pity the driver did not read it..... lol

Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE to see the old seat still in there as well.

... whilst there caught this little cutie flitting around.
