Hydrangea

Had a lounge full of ladies this morning (Doug did the big disappearing act).....the fortnightly spinning group met at our home. A great morning of friendship, laughter, chatter, a walk around my garden, and a nice (and very late) morning tea to complete a thoroughly enjoyable three hours.

Sadly, a motor vehicle accident further along our road happened late morning with one fatality - just awful. Two fire engines, ambulances and cop cars (by the miles) zoomed past (why do they all have to have their sirens going along a country road??)

Weekend is almost upon us.....when NZ goes to the polls to vote. We are hearing the results coming in from Scotland - seems very close.
